Ryan Petrello 16e2dd0e26 Be gracious in deprecation of method signatures related to threadlocal removal.

Certain OpenStack projects that use pecan have overridden private methods of
`pecan.rest.RestController` for custom behavior, and these method signatures
are changing in the next release of pecan to support optional threadlocals.  As
good citizens, let's give these projects a deprecation period to get their
implementations back in sync with upstream pecan.

Pecan

A WSGI object-dispatching web framework, designed to be lean and fast with few dependencies.

Installing

$ pip install pecan

...or, for the latest (unstable) tip:

$ git clone https://github.com/stackforge/pecan.git
$ cd pecan && python setup.py install

Running Tests

$ python setup.py test

...or, to run all tests across all supported environments:

$ pip install tox && tox

Viewing Documentation

Available online, or to build manually:
