docs: use readme file for both github and pypi

The readme file is now written in reStructuredText (instead of
markdown). This is because reST is the only thing pypi understands.

So now the same readme file will be used for pygit2's homepage at github
and pypi:

- http://pypi.python.org/pypi/pygit2
