This external documentation for pyVmomi was generated using Googly Docs (aka Google Standard Documentation) which renders very cleanly in GitHub. Internal documentation for a class should be done in Sphinx format because tools like pyCharm and Eclipse can use that documentation as a hint for code completion. Note: External docs as Googly Docs, internal docs as Sphinx. Closes bug#15

Fault thrown when an attempt is made to perform a disallowed operation on a host that has been configured as a failover host in an cluster that has High Availability enabled. See `ClusterFailoverHostAdmissionControlPolicy`_ . Examples of such operations are destroying a host, moving a host out of a cluster, or powering on a virtual machine on a specific host.
