Matthew Treinish ef3d41f6a0 Add message about preloading subunit streams ...

This commit adds a simple message to explain that it's loading old
subunit streams into testr. Without this the output from testr load
is slightly confusing because it is essentially:

    /opt/stack/new/devstack
    /opt/stack/new/tempest /opt/stack/new/devstack
    Ran 1396 (+919) tests in 1229.000s (-611.000s)
    PASSED (id=2, skips=124)

repeated 10 times.
