Brian Rosmaita 7dfce42027 Update auth_url in install docs 
Beginning with the Queens release, the keystone install guide
recommends running all interfaces on the same port.  This patch
updates the glance install guide to reflect that change.

Closes-bug: #1754104

Glance

Glance is a project that provides services and associated libraries to store, browse, share, distribute and manage bootable disk images, other data closely associated with initializing compute resources, and metadata definitions.
