rabi 42e04005a9 Use group_regex to group gabbi api tests
It seems that the tempest test runs at the gate are using
eight workers and the api tests distributed to multiple workers
from the same gabbi test yaml can result in in-consistencies[1].

Heat

Heat is a service to orchestrate multiple composite cloud applications using templates, through both an OpenStack-native REST API and a CloudFormation-compatible Query API.

Why heat? It makes the clouds rise and keeps them there.
