OpenStack Orchestration (Heat)

This allows users to insert a delay at some point in the workflow while creating or deleting the stack. Unlike OS::Heat::TestResource, the delay can be randomised so that when used in parallel across a scaling group it can be used to work around thundering herd problems. Heat
Heat is a service to orchestrate multiple composite cloud applications using templates, through both an OpenStack-native REST API and a CloudFormation-compatible Query API.
Why heat? It makes the clouds rise and keeps them there.
