Juan Antonio Osorio Robles 98faf03be4 Implement list_concat function
This function uses python's extend function for lists in order to
concatenate lists. So, given the input: [['v1', 'v2'], ['v3', 'v4']]
the result would be ['v1', 'v2', 'v3', 'v4'].

This comes as an alternative to using yaql's concat.

Heat

Heat is a service to orchestrate multiple composite cloud applications using templates, through both an OpenStack-native REST API and a CloudFormation-compatible Query API.

Why heat? It makes the clouds rise and keeps them there.
