The switching to rpc calls for software component is broken due to stricter keyword argument checking. An additional 'configs' parameter is rejected by rpc client. This patch removes 'configs' from the keyword arguments and adds a test case that the rpc method is invoked with expected parameters. HEAT
Heat is a service to orchestrate multiple composite cloud applications using templates, through both an OpenStack-native ReST API and a CloudFormation-compatible Query API.
Why heat? It makes the clouds rise and keeps them there.
