Replace glance and keystone commands with OSC equivalents
Both have potential of breaking our gate (glance is very close to doing it). Unfortunately, due to v2 vs v3 issue we can't use `openstack endpoint show` now, so leaving a FIXME item. Change-Id: Id3e59507409e5fd9d4c24d9796b8fa6249f73f0c
