Dmitry Tantsur 2d3e7e9ccc Remove the remaining fake drivers ...

The following drivers are removed here:
* fake_ilo
* fake_drac
* fake_irmc
* fake_ucs
* fake_cimc
* fake_oneview

Some clean up can be done in the unit tests, but this is out of scope
for this change.
