Install and configure

This section describes how to install and configure Karbor, Application Data Protection service, on the controller node.

This section assumes that you already have a working OpenStack environment with at least the following components installed. These components are optional: Identity service (keystone). and the following components may be installed: Compute service (nova), Block Storage service (cinder), Image service (glance). and Default provider need the following components to be installed: Object Storage service (swift).

Note that installation and configuration vary by distribution.
