Morgan Fainberg 01d365f454 Remove oauth controller dependency on token_api
The oauth controllers now use a mixture of internal callbacks and
the token_provider_api.validate_token instead of directly calling
the token_api delete token methods.

OpenStack Keystone

Keystone provides authentication, authorization and service discovery mechanisms via HTTP primarily for use by projects in the OpenStack family. It is most commonly deployed as an HTTP interface to existing identity systems, such as LDAP.
