Brant Knudson 5c0602ab5f Normalize fernet payload disassembly
Rather than have all the disassembly functions return different
tuples, have them all return the same arguments so that the caller
can treat them all the same rather than having a big switch
statement.

Keystone provides authentication, authorization and service discovery mechanisms via HTTP primarily for use by projects in the OpenStack family. It is most commonly deployed as an HTTP interface to existing identity systems, such as LDAP.
