Shuayb a148377367 Use port 5000, keystone-wsgi-public and --http-socket The present port 35357 and special command keystone-wsgi-admin are used by v2 API. These have been switched over to the new port 5000 and public wsgi application, because v2 API is no more needed and have been removed. Developer documentation is generated using Sphinx. To build this documentation, run the following from the root of the repository:

$ tox -e docs

The documentation will be built at doc/build/.
