This patch modifies a few policies to allow users with the "admin" role to access /v3/auth/tokens and /v3/credentials. These policies were missed when we implemented Phase 1 of Secure RBAC. Change-Id: Id789c09121f1405f7ba5e4926498dab4ad98e057
OpenStack Keystone
OpenStack Keystone provides authentication, authorization and service discovery mechanisms via HTTP primarily for use by projects in the OpenStack family. It is most commonly deployed as an HTTP interface to existing identity systems, such as LDAP.
