wangxiyuan bc6b2f1b0b Bump sqlalchemy minimum version to 1.1.0
Sqlalchemy add a new class for hybrid property in v1.1.0[1]. It
can solve the password length problem for User password SQL obj.

OpenStack Keystone

Keystone provides authentication, authorization and service discovery mechanisms via HTTP primarily for use by projects in the OpenStack family. It is most commonly deployed as an HTTP interface to existing identity systems, such as LDAP.
