Dincer Celik d576249f35 Introduce /etc/timezone to Debian/Ubuntu containers ... Some services look for /etc/timezone on Debian/Ubuntu, so we should introduce it to the containers. In addition, added prechecks for /etc/localtime and /etc/timezone.
