Docker for OpenStack Neutron

Running Kuryr

Please run the following script, it creates `/usr/lib/docker/plugins/kuryr`

and the JSON spec file, `/usr/lib/docker/plugins/kuryr/kuryr.json`, if they

|
don't exist.
