Andreas Jaeger 7733a2af6f Fix api-ref with Sphinx 1.5 
Sphinx complaints about a missing file, fix this with renaming the file
to the intented name.

Treat sphinx warnings as errors to avoid these kind of problems. Remove
the not needed note anymore, this works fine as is.
