Colleen Murphy 07f94c099d Install client in install guide instructions 
The python-magnumclient package is not automatically installed with the
other magnum packages, and it is needed later in the "Verify operation"
and "Launch an instance" sections of the install guide, so this patch
adds it to the package installation instructions.

Install and configure for Ubuntu

This section describes how to install and configure the Container Infrastructure Management service for Ubuntu 14.04 (LTS).

Install and configure components

  1. Install the common and library packages:

    # DEBIAN_FRONTEND=noninteractive apt-get install magnum-api magnum-conductor python-magnumclient

Finalize installation

  • Restart the Container Infrastructure Management services:

    # service magnum-api restart
# service magnum-conductor restart
