Unfortunately the auto generated patch to replace the unit test job template was not merged timely, and the test runtime used is outdated. This simulates the auto generated patch to use the correct test runtime for the stable/xena release. Change-Id: I9f153f0b41462cfa9a8857a98bf3d3972275cc9d
