Slawek Kaplonski 80bccac9b8 Fix definition of the fip_pf_description api extension ...

In this extension "description" field should be added in the
SUB_RESOURCE_ATTRIBUTE_MAP rather than in RESOURCE_ATTRIBUTE_MAP.
It also should be added in "parameters" dict which is inside
SUB_RESOURCE_ATTRIBUTE_MAP.
