Rodolfo Alonso Hernandez 68596bed94 [OVS] Add "openflow_processed_per_port=True" to OVS scenario 
Add "openflow_processed_per_port=True" option to
"neutron-tempest-plugin-scenario-openvswitch" job definition. This
option will process all OpenFlow rules related to a single port
in a single transaction.

Neutron Tempest Plugin

Tempest plugin for Neutron project.

It contains the tempest plugin for the functional testing of Neutron Project.
