Bernard Cafarelli 317ccb6111 [stable/xena] Drop -master jobs ...

As listed in release steps, we should drop these jobs from stable
branches as they only make sense in master

Also update tripleo jobs to run on stable branch (master configuration
file has a branches override, see LP#1923201)
