Rodolfo Alonso Hernandez d5e12dacc9 Randomize port name in "BaseOVSTestCase" 
Randomize the port name creation in "BaseOVSTestCase". Also check the
execution error when an OVS port is created.

Neutron is an OpenStack project to provide "network connectivity as a service" between interface devices (e.g., vNICs) managed by other OpenStack services (e.g., Nova).
