Update hypervisor version
Updated hypervisor version to 8 (integer) rather than the string
value previosly ('710'). Only the major version value is reported
because conductor enforces the source host for a live migration
be less than or equal to the destination host version. PowerVM
uses capability flags to determine if migration between hosts
is valid rather than comparing version levels.
Closes-Bug: #1498100
