docs: Explicitly state lack of support for node renaming
Nova does not support renaming a node once it has been deployed. Previously, this was not mentioned anywhere in our docs. This patches adds a warning to that effect to the installation guide. Change-Id: I0f34c89855069119974d75d31833b974ba705306
