Diana Clarke fdba403d09 Add offset & limit docs & tests ...

A number of endpoints enable pagination via 'limit' & 'offset' query
parameters, but don't document or test this functionality.

 - os-virtual-interfaces
 - os-volume-attachments
 - os-volumes
