This change collects a number of associated codepaths into helper functions. The following steps have been broken out into functions: * Creating an os-vif instance for VNIC_TYPE_DIRECT VIFs. * Creating an os-vif port profile for ovs representor datapath offloads * Populating representor datapath offloads metadata in a VIF's port profile This commit also harmonises indentation style a bit in the agilio_ovs and vrouter conversion functions.
