Jean-Philippe Evrard 8191a1329d Reinitialize the virtualenv

In the previous patch removing the virtualenv-tools, we've updated
paths to the proper binaries, but we don't reset the virtualenv
like what we used to do.

This Ansible role installs and configures OpenStack cloudkitty.

This role will install the following Upstart services:

cloudkitty-api
cloudkitty-processor

Required Variables

cloudkitty_service_password
cloudkitty_rabbitmq_password

cloudkitty_galera_address
