Bjoern Teipel ae6c1982ec Prevent autoremoval of packages on bare metal 
When deploying OSA on bare metal (no container tech),
the os keystone role interferes with os horizon as the
package apache2 is automatically uninstalled.

OpenStack-Ansible keystone

Ansible role that installs and configures OpenStack Keystone. Keystone is installed behind the Apache webserver listening on port 5000 by default.
