Dmitriy Rabotyagov 36d6f4f48c Use config_template as a collection

Since we still use ceph-ansible that has their own implementation of
config_template module it's worth to use mentioned module as a collection
explicitly.

OpenStack-Ansible nova

Ansible role that installs and configures OpenStack nova and all of its corresponding services.

This role will install the following:

nova-compute
