Jonathan Rosser 3719d5bf8b Install architecture specific efi firmware for qemu 
The qemu-efi package does not exist on Ubuntu Noble, so instead
install the specific package for the host architecture.

OpenStack-Ansible nova

Ansible role that installs and configures OpenStack nova and all of its corresponding services.

This role will install the following:
  • nova-api
  • nova-conductor
  • nova-scheduler
  • nova-console
  • nova-compute
