Mohammed Naser 3d99b2bd80 cleanup: reduce configuration vars

This patch reduces the number of configuration defaults that we
ship with no functional changes for users that were not overriding
them.

OpenStack-Ansible nova

Ansible role that installs and configures OpenStack nova and all of its corresponding services.

This role will install the following:

nova-api
nova-conductor
nova-scheduler
nova-console
nova-compute
