Logan V 477b0a116b Stop installing python-httplib2

Since we no longer install python-keystoneclient[1], there is no
longer a need to install python-httplib2.

OpenStack-Ansible nova

Ansible role that installs and configures OpenStack nova and all of its corresponding services.
