Fix incorrect script reference
The README.rst references ./scripts/os-ansible-bootstrap.sh, but this should be ./scripts/bootstrap-ansible.sh. This was raised by fraterlaetus in #openstack-ansible. Change-Id: Ia49ac6a2b5115b8dffc1eee1281abc745cee478b Closes-Bug: #1434695
