Bjoern Teipel fe01c3fe8c Implement Neutron LBAAS using haproxy ... This patch implements the LBAAS agent using haproxy into the neutron_agents container group. The neutron-lbaas-agent service is disabled by default but can be enabled by setting neutron_plugin_base in user_variables to include 'neutron.services.loadbalancer.plugin.LoadBalancerPlugin'.
