Kevin Carter 5cc205ccfc Removed lxc templates that are no longer used ... This PR removes LXC templates that are no longer used in any context. The templates were holdovers from when the upstream Ubuntu template did not support additional packages in containers by default. The issues within the default template have been removed and we should change to using the default Ubuntu template immediately. This template change should be backported to all applicable branches. which would include both Icehouse and Juno.
