With branching done earlier than the rc1 freeze, we needed to bring the release notes from the updated roles into the integrated repo. On top of the changes needed for M1 is the version change. The role now supports using the distribution packages for the OpenStack

services instead of the pip ones. This feature is disabled by default
|
|
and can be enabled by simply setting the ``neutron_install_method``
|
|
variable to ``distro``.
