Major Hayden 55193774fc Use Ansible AIO playbook for run-aio-build.sh
The new Ansible AIO playbook requires Ansible to be installed *prior*
to running the AIO bootstrap script.

Implements: blueprint convert-aio-bootstrap-to-ansible
