Jean-Philippe Evrard d5937a519f [Docs] Move the upgrade reference into reference ... Now that the upgrade should have moved to the operations guide, the upgrade reference should head in th reference guide. In order to accomodate the new data into reference, the reference landing page now links to both inventory and upgrades.
