Dmitriy Rabotyagov 59ec4725d7 Increase MPM thread limits for Apache ... As Apache now being used for multiple services (repo, keystone, horizon and skyline), it makes sense to slightly increase threads limit in order to not face connectivity issues while HAProxy checks status, fetching wheels or generic operations.
