Logan V f34df8320d Allow role path override in fetch play
Allow a var override to the default role destination path when
none is specified for the role in the requirements file.

OpenStack-Ansible

OpenStack-Ansible is an official OpenStack project which aims to deploy production environments from source in a way that makes it scalable while also being simple to operate, upgrade, and grow.
