Maksim Malchuk fb2925b7a7 Fix the name of the renamed network for trove
The change I60e6126a9fc0ca5c51009fb207642ce2c1afa323 brings the issue with
fail in the translations scenario during the trove configuration. This change
renames the flat network for trove in order to match the required flat name
that is dbaas-mgmt.
