Andreas Jaeger f47ec3ee7b Update fastest-infra-wheel-mirror
We have recently decommissoned OSIC (see
I2d1b0710e875bd1ebc305fb5b184b68bf18f2ef7), remove it from mirror list.

Add missing entries to list.

Reformat list to avoid overlong lines.
