Tin Lam 6e4785d189 Fix indentation 
The network policy helm toolkit function currently produces an
incorrectly indented policyTypes in the network policy manifest.
This patch set redresses that and also removes some additional
blank lines in the manifest.

Openstack-Helm-Infra

Mission

The goal of OpenStack-Helm-Infra is to provide charts for services or integration of third-party solutions that are required to run OpenStack-Helm.
