Steve Wilkerson 7e55710a42 Tenant-Ceph: Enable cephfs storage class provisioning 
This updates the tenant ceph job to provision the cephfs storage
class by removing the override that prevents it. This is required
for the ceph namespace activation deployment for osh-infra to
successfully pass its helm tests

Openstack-Helm-Infra

Mission

The goal of OpenStack-Helm-Infra is to provide charts for services or integration of third-party solutions that are required to run OpenStack-Helm.
