Steve Wilkerson 82df02fdb4 Remove duplicate 'rules:' key from ClusterRoles 
This removes a duplicate rules: key that was erroneously added
to the elastic-filebeat/metricbeat and fluentbit daemonsets

Openstack-Helm-Infra

Mission

The goal of OpenStack-Helm-Infra is to provide charts for services or integration of third-party solutions that are required to run OpenStack-Helm.
