Steve Wilkerson 8c75dc7924 Grafana: Disable LDAP signup by default 
This removes the configuration value for enabling LDAP signup by
default in the Grafana chart, which restricts the ability for a
user to sign up for Grafana access via the login page.

Openstack-Helm-Infra

Mission

The goal of OpenStack-Helm-Infra is to provide charts for services or integration of third-party solutions that are required to run OpenStack-Helm.
